revolver speedloaders
 
any one have experience with these? just got safariland brand for the 5 shot snubbie. seem to be quicker reload than even a autoloader magazine. any thoughts?

I had them years ago at work for a ruger security 6 in .357.

If you practice with them, they are kinda fast. Anything's better than fumbling with loose rounds.

I don't care for them. Many reasons one of which being the bulkiness.

I really like the 'speed strips'.

How do those speed strips work, they arent round?

I have both for my S&W .38 snub nose. Both have their place. The strips are easier on the pocket to carry, keeps them all together, you just feed two in at a time and rotate the cylinder and so on. takes a little practice but so do the speed loaders.

Ever try them in the dark? Then I'd rather have my Glock! Go figure! :D
